Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation
  • commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • proficiency in financial and operational controls
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
