Job Requirements
- at least five years of management experience in full service kitchen bar restaurant or food service operations
- bachelor's degree
- ability to perform basic business math and accounting
- strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physically able to stand walk bend and lift with assistance
- familiarity with pos systems

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling planning organizing and communicating effectively with your team
- supervise and direct regular training for staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company standards
- conduct regular management team meetings to review performance and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- address center-level human resources or loss prevention issues to maintain high morale
- resolve customer complaints and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program to maintain quality and foster a sales culture
- work flexible shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours as needed
