Job Requirements

  • at least five years of management experience in full service kitchen bar restaurant or food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to perform basic business math and accounting
  • strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physically able to stand walk bend and lift with assistance
  • familiarity with pos systems

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling planning organizing and communicating effectively with your team
  • supervise and direct regular training for staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company standards
  • conduct regular management team meetings to review performance and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
  • address center-level human resources or loss prevention issues to maintain high morale
  • resolve customer complaints and ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program to maintain quality and foster a sales culture
  • work flexible shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours as needed
