Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead and train teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Familiarity with financial planning and budget management
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proven teamwork skills
- Excellent people development skills
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Generate and monitor center revenue including developing financial operational plans and managing budgets
- Manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing team activities
- Supervise and conduct training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, and loss prevention
- Review center performance with management team through regular meetings and profit and loss statement analysis
- Maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues promptly
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards by resolving customer complaints effectively
- Oversee and expand food and beverage programs while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction
