Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and train teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Familiarity with financial planning and budget management

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proven teamwork skills
  • Excellent people development skills
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Generate and monitor center revenue including developing financial operational plans and managing budgets
  • Manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing team activities
  • Supervise and conduct training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, and loss prevention
  • Review center performance with management team through regular meetings and profit and loss statement analysis
  • Maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues promptly
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards by resolving customer complaints effectively
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage programs while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction
