Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
  • minimum two years' supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds
  • background check required

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
  • coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
  • lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies and use business-to-business partnership opportunities
  • examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and relevant transactions while assessing risk
  • enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and legal regulations
  • supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
  • conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
  • participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees
  • develop work schedules according to budget and store needs
  • handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism
  • monitor and maintain store appearance and address facility needs including scheduling maintenance services
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards
  • maintain a full-time schedule with regular, in-person attendance including weekends
