- associate degree
- 3 years of management experience
- strong sales skills with proven closing rate over 50%
- leadership ability to conduct weekly team meetings and individual sessions
- financial management skills including facility p and l oversight
- positive attitude and energetic personality
- availability to be first one in and last one out
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- assisting with member progress check-ins
- setting up new memberships in the pos system
- collecting and processing payments
- providing front desk sales and information
- assisting with special events
- managing all sales
- facilitating weekly staff meetings and one-on-one meetings
- holding staff accountable and leading team to business growth
- managing facility profit and loss and reviewing budgets with ownership
