Job Requirements

  • associate degree
  • 3 years of management experience
  • strong sales skills with proven closing rate over 50%
  • leadership ability to conduct weekly team meetings and individual sessions
  • financial management skills including facility p and l oversight
  • positive attitude and energetic personality
  • availability to be first one in and last one out
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • assisting with member progress check-ins
  • setting up new memberships in the pos system
  • collecting and processing payments
  • providing front desk sales and information
  • assisting with special events
  • managing all sales
  • facilitating weekly staff meetings and one-on-one meetings
  • holding staff accountable and leading team to business growth
  • managing facility profit and loss and reviewing budgets with ownership
