Job Requirements
- Ability to work long hours and weekends
- Ability to be on call 24 hours a day during occasional periods
- Must be able to perform physical duties of supervised staff
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to remain stationary and move regularly throughout the office
- Capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and crawling
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and writing skills
- Personable and enjoys working with children and people
- Maintain positive work environment through effective communication
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a management position
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or RV resort management is helpful but not required
- Project or construction management experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal, motivational, and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Personable and enjoys working with children and people
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a harmonious work environment
Job Duties
- Establish expectations for effective presence through example and follow-up to support and observe operations
- Maintain the safety and wellness of the facility ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Ensure great customer service by coordinating daily operations
- Organize and provide timely follow-up on all requests from home office
- Participate in projects and activities as assigned
- Develop all managers through consistent feedback and goal setting practices leveraging internal company processes
- Implement and enforce new or changed systems and policies including communication to team
- Monitor and motivate staff
- Attract, interview, hire, and train employees as part of workforce strategy
- Evaluate performance and productivity
- Ensure recruitment and retention of motivated and trained personnel
- Conduct financial analysis of food, beverage, labor costs and controllable expenses with action plans to improve results
- Analyze accounting and financial data to maximize revenue
- Monitor and maintain compliance with labor, expense, and capital budgets
- Engage with vendors and manage capital projects
