Job Requirements
- ability to bend and reach overhead frequently
- dexterity in handling kitchen equipment such as tongs, pots, and pans
- comfortable working in varying temperature environments from hot to cold
- capable of working near open flames
- ability to work in tight spaces
- maintain constant communication with multiple people
- close, distance, and peripheral vision required
- occasional sitting, squatting, and kneeling
- ability to work safely under alert conditions
- occasionally work outdoors in weather
- stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- previous management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- strong leadership and people development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing
- problem-solving and adaptability
- passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- high school diploma or equivalent
- degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required
Job Duties
