Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices
  • Capability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Business acumen including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations including P&L, staffing, and sales forecasting
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards are consistently met
  • Create and execute creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Deliver excellent customer service ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Support day-to-day restaurant activities by assisting team members as needed
  • Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
