Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Capability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Business acumen including P&L management and sales forecasting

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations including P&L, staffing, and sales forecasting
- Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards are consistently met
- Create and execute creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring a welcoming environment
- Support day-to-day restaurant activities by assisting team members as needed
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
