Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking methods and kitchen management practices
  • Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures
  • Familiarity with fine dining casual dining quick service and fast food environments is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training and development initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Serve Safe Certification Food Handler
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction management
  • Develop budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability targets while maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork communication and employee engagement
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
