Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant management experience
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift with assistance
- excellent problem-solving skills

- proficient in guest service operations
- knowledge of food and beverage management
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- Generate and monitor center revenue
- be an operational pro managing day-to-day center operations
- train and supervise team members
- review center performance and conduct management meetings
- maintain high team morale and address HR issues
- prioritize guest service and resolve complaints
- drive food and beverage sales and manage related programs
- remain flexible with scheduling including holidays and extended shifts
