Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in restaurant or food service
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and departments
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, entertainment environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- Develop financial operational plans and budgets
- Monitor financial performance and achieve center's financial goals
- Control labor costs and expenses
- Manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling and team coordination
- Supervise and train staff in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans
- Address HR and loss prevention issues
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program for quality and sales growth
- Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
