Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in restaurant or food service
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and departments
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, entertainment environment
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Develop financial operational plans and budgets
  • Monitor financial performance and achieve center's financial goals
  • Control labor costs and expenses
  • Manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling and team coordination
  • Supervise and train staff in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Address HR and loss prevention issues
  • Resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program for quality and sales growth
  • Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
