Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of general management experience
  • Previous management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or bar
  • Knowledge of computer systems such as Excel, Windows, and POS
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Commitment to hospitality excellence
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruits, interviews, develops, trains, and retains qualified management personnel
  • Ensures certified shift management coverage during all hours of operation
  • Measures and improves guest satisfaction using Bar Louie Consumer Care and other tools
  • Monitors and assesses restaurant training needs and creates development plans
  • Executes operational standards and ensures timely completion of self-assessments
  • Manages finances including P&L tracking and weekly reporting
  • Coordinates capital investment and maintenance plans
  • Scouts market opportunities and develops local marketing initiatives
  • Coaches and mentors all managers and staff to achieve operational and quality goals
