Job Requirements

3-5 years of general management experience
Previous management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or bar
Knowledge of computer systems such as Excel, Windows, and POS
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Commitment to hospitality excellence
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

3-5 years of general management experience
Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or bar
Proficient with computer systems including Excel, Windows, and POS
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Results-driven with excellent analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Recruits, interviews, develops, trains, and retains qualified management personnel
Ensures certified shift management coverage during all hours of operation
Measures and improves guest satisfaction using Bar Louie Consumer Care and other tools
Monitors and assesses restaurant training needs and creates development plans
Executes operational standards and ensures timely completion of self-assessments
Manages finances including P&L tracking and weekly reporting
Coordinates capital investment and maintenance plans
Scouts market opportunities and develops local marketing initiatives
Coaches and mentors all managers and staff to achieve operational and quality goals
