Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of general management experience
- Previous management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of computer systems such as Excel, Windows, and POS
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commitment to hospitality excellence
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Recruits, interviews, develops, trains, and retains qualified management personnel
- Ensures certified shift management coverage during all hours of operation
- Measures and improves guest satisfaction using Bar Louie Consumer Care and other tools
- Monitors and assesses restaurant training needs and creates development plans
- Executes operational standards and ensures timely completion of self-assessments
- Manages finances including P&L tracking and weekly reporting
- Coordinates capital investment and maintenance plans
- Scouts market opportunities and develops local marketing initiatives
- Coaches and mentors all managers and staff to achieve operational and quality goals
