Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management
- familiarity with Wyndham brand preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work full-time in person
- excellent communication skills
- leadership experience
Job Qualifications
- experience in hotel management preferably with Wyndham

Job Duties
- manage all daily hotel operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- oversee guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- implement revenue and expense management strategies
- lead team building and employee development initiatives
- ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards and company policies
- develop and manage hotel budgets
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
