This hotel is independently owned and operated by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, a franchisee that operates separately from Marriott International, Inc. This means that while the hotel carries the Marriott brand, all employment policies and decisions, including hiring, firing, compensation, benefits, and working conditions, are controlled exclusively by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. Employees in this hotel work for the franchisee, not Marriott International. This unique structure allows the franchise to maintain its distinct culture and business practices while delivering the renowned service and quality associated with Marriott properties.

Job Requirements

  • minimum six years of experience in the hotel industry
  • minimum four years of progressive leadership experience
  • proven multi-property leadership experience in hotel operations with Marriott
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • function as the primary strategic business leader of assigned hotels
  • ensure implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
  • actively supervise all hotel departments including front office, guest services, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
  • foster an atmosphere of positive public relations with guests, team members, and community
  • ensure hotels meet sales and profitability goals
  • ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations
  • manage budgets and drive revenue growth
