Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant
- Ability to motivate and inspire team
- Experience managing food cost and labor goals
- Comfortable working early mornings starting at 4am
- Ability to handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory tasks
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer experience
Job Qualifications
- One to three years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Proven ability to manage food cost goals and labor targets
- Experience with recruiting and developing talent
- Familiarity with profit and loss analysis preferred
- Ability to work a one-shift early morning schedule
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- Start store operations as early as 4am including first bake and opening
- Ensure the store is audit ready throughout the day
- Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote positive team morale
- Float in various positions during peak hours and manage team breaks
- Complete closing procedures and prep for next day including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and daily bank deposit
