Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
  • willing to work early shifts starting at 4am
  • ability to manage store operations from opening to closing
  • maintain audit and safety standards
  • demonstrate hands-on leadership
  • recruit and develop team members
  • comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong knowledge of food cost control and labor management
  • experience with P&L analysis or basic financial management
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • commitment to work-life balance and positive workplace culture

Job Duties

  • oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale
  • execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders accurately and efficiently
  • maintain audit readiness and compliance with company standards
  • manage inventory, scheduling, and ordering to meet business needs
  • analyze and achieve food cost and labor targets
  • conduct daily deposit and bank trips for store revenue
  • provide leadership during peak hours by supporting all positions as needed
