Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
Experience with beverage programs and sales
Proficiency in RASI and Toast platforms
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring in the restaurant industry
Proven ability to organize and drive sales creatively
Professional hospitality approach with experience serving inclusive communities
Background knowledge in beverage programs
Familiarity with RASI and Toast restaurant management systems
Experience in event management and catering
Capable of managing large teams speedily and effectively

Job Duties

Lead the restaurant hospitality experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
Mentor and develop the team to achieve high performance
Manage sales growth through creative strategies and excellent customer service
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient use of RASI and Toast platforms
Coordinate and manage events and catering services
