Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, full-service environment
- must have a passion for hospitality
- results driven, trustworthy, and team oriented
- food manager certification
- bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred

Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect sales climate and performance
- drive top line sales by delivering stellar experiences, strategic and community partnerships, and leadership
- control costs by managing controllable expenses and creating management systems
- ensure proper labor management through accurate sales forecasting and weekly schedule reviews
- maintain a safe and well-manicured restaurant environment
- partner with Chef de Cuisine to deliver a high-quality culinary menu
- lead the Bar Manager to curate an industry-leading cocktail and Tequila program
- collaborate with FB Experiences and FB Society leaders to create innovative dining experiences
- hire, train, and retain top talent
- execute orientation and onboarding for new team members
- foster a luxurious and positive team culture
- hold team to high standards through fair coaching and feedback
- develop team ownership of areas of responsibility and shift standards
- oversee area responsibility execution and follow up
- lead manager meetings discussing sales, financial results, and improvement opportunities
- hold regular one-on-ones with managers to review progress
- grow internal talent with a readiness mentality for all positions
