Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to a background check
- Ability to effectively manage a team of 15 to 25 members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a 50-hour work week
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and operational compliance
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience is a must
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to a background check
- ServSafe certification
- Moe's Manager certification
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- Respond to guest complaints and take actions to ensure guest retention
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan
- Interview prospective employees and ensure staffing procedures are followed
- Develop all team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Create a positive work environment recognized in the community
- Enforce sanitary practices and maintain health inspection scores of 90% or higher
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and corporate inspections
- Manage food flow to ensure quality, proper portioning and low waste
- Ensure security procedures are in place to protect guests, employees and assets
- Maintain a safe environment and complete reports for incidents
- Manage shifts effectively
- Investigate and address complaints from mystery shopper reports
- Adhere to financial standards to increase sales and minimize costs
- Analyze monthly profit and loss statements to improve profitability
- Complete all financial reporting accurately and on time
- Book one spirit night per month and promote community involvement
- Report to district manager and complete job responsibilities on time
