Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required or to be obtained during onboarding training
- Experience using a computer and POS system
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must thoroughly understand good hygiene and food handling practices
Job Qualifications

- Competent in labor management, store operations, and guest relations
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
- Work with District Manager and Human Resources to manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff
- Communicate operational and human resource issues effectively with District Manager
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating smoothly
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- Identify and resolve food preparation and customer service issues
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety standards
- Accept ownership for accomplishing new job responsibilities and add value
- Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including food quality, cash handling and safety
- Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems
- Use company tools to coach and develop team members
- Drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
