Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • one to three years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • capacity to meet food cost and labor targets
  • availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending and lifting during working hours
  • willingness to undergo five weeks of training

Job Qualifications

  • one to three years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • hands-on operational leadership skills
  • ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
  • experience with p&l analysis preferred
  • strong recruitment and team development capabilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • oversee store operations from opening to closing
  • ensure store is audit ready and complies with company standards
  • manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
  • lead team during breakfast and lunch rushes by supporting various roles
  • maintain positive customer experience by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • execute administrative tasks including scheduling, ordering, inventory and banking deposits
  • recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
