Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- one to three years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- capacity to meet food cost and labor targets
- availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
- ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending and lifting during working hours
- willingness to undergo five weeks of training
Job Qualifications

- hands-on operational leadership skills
- ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
- experience with p&l analysis preferred
- strong recruitment and team development capabilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- oversee store operations from opening to closing
- ensure store is audit ready and complies with company standards
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- lead team during breakfast and lunch rushes by supporting various roles
- maintain positive customer experience by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- execute administrative tasks including scheduling, ordering, inventory and banking deposits
- recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
