  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe certified
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Basic math and computer skills

Job Duties

  • Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Checks product quality and communicates with customers
  • Effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
  • Conducts meetings with team members and management to plan, train, and review operations
  • Develops and maintains acceptable sales levels using local store marketing
  • Monitors utilities, supplies, and cost categories to minimize expenses
  • Analyzes profit and loss statements and takes corrective action
  • Controls restaurant inventory
  • Uses company-approved labor guidelines managing schedules
  • Manages restaurant cash control and bank deposits
  • Ensures timely reporting of accidents and incidents
  • Maintains a safe work environment and high health department ratings
  • Keeps Area Coach informed about staffing and payroll
  • Conducts performance reviews and documents disciplinary actions
  • Maintains personnel files and posts required government notices
  • Utilizes preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment
  • Attends meetings for planning and training
  • Performs all required administrative paperwork
