Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • proven experience managing a full-service hotel
  • strong financial acumen
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to adapt to various shift schedules
  • capacity to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • valid work authorization
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
  • manage day-to-day staff operations and guest relations
  • execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and apply dynamic revenue management to maximize profitability
  • develop strong partnerships with hotel owners and stakeholders to support business objectives
  • build, coach, and lead effective teams to achieve operational excellence
  • ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of service quality
