Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- proven experience managing a full-service hotel
- strong financial acumen
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to various shift schedules
- capacity to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
- valid work authorization
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
- provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
- manage day-to-day staff operations and guest relations
- execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and apply dynamic revenue management to maximize profitability
- develop strong partnerships with hotel owners and stakeholders to support business objectives
- build, coach, and lead effective teams to achieve operational excellence
- ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of service quality
