Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in supervisory or leadership role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
- age at least 18 (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- ability to stand up to 90 percent of the time
- ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- ability to operate mechanical controls such as keyboards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work
- must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- successful background check
- ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and moving up to 25 pounds
- associates degree or higher preferred
- experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies and participate in community events
- examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions
- enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws
- participate in audits and compliance reviews
- supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff
- participate in hiring and retention of new employees
- develop work schedules according to budget and store needs
- handle complex customer situations professionally
- monitor and maintain store appearance and facility needs
- perform duties outside the office including vehicle appraisals and marketing
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
- conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership
- maintain a full-time schedule including weekends
