Job Requirements

Proven success as a senior general manager or director of operations in high-end standalone restaurant or nightlife venues in Miami
In-depth knowledge of Miami's luxury food and beverage and nightlife market
Strong financial management skills, including P&L oversight and reporting
Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand growth, particularly in nightlife and dining fusion concepts
Established network of hospitality professionals, promoters, and influencers in Miami

Job Qualifications

Proven success as a Senior General Manager or Director of Operations in high-end standalone restaurant or nightlife venues in Miami
In-depth knowledge of Miami's luxury food and beverage and nightlife market

Job Duties

Lead all aspects of operations, including service, finance, marketing, and entertainment programming
Ensure exceptional guest experiences from dinner through late-night activations
Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance development
Oversee vendor relations, quality control, and operational standards
Drive financial performance through precise P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and curate high-impact events
Cultivate relationships with suppliers, promoters, and influencers within the Miami hospitality and nightlife scene
