Job Requirements
- ServSafe certification
- Certified Moe's Manager
- Previous restaurant experience
- Valid drivers license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Agree to a background check
- Ability to manage and supervise 15-25 team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Capability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to a background check

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service and cleanliness and address any guest complaints promptly
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain and implement an accurate staffing needs plan including interviewing and hiring
- Develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Enforce food safety and sanitation practices and maintain high health inspection scores
- Manage operational responsibilities including security, safety, shift management and mystery shopper report follow-up
- Adhere to financial standards to meet sales, labor, and cost goals
- Analyze monthly profit and loss statements to improve profitability
- Coordinate community involvement such as booking spirit nights and representing the restaurant locally
- Perform additional duties as required or requested
