Job Requirements

  • ServSafe certification
  • Certified Moe's Manager
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Valid drivers license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Agree to a background check
  • Ability to manage and supervise 15-25 team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service and cleanliness and address any guest complaints promptly
  • Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Maintain and implement an accurate staffing needs plan including interviewing and hiring
  • Develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation practices and maintain high health inspection scores
  • Manage operational responsibilities including security, safety, shift management and mystery shopper report follow-up
  • Adhere to financial standards to meet sales, labor, and cost goals
  • Analyze monthly profit and loss statements to improve profitability
  • Coordinate community involvement such as booking spirit nights and representing the restaurant locally
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested
