Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required or obtained during onboarding training
- Experience using computer and register (POS) system
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
- Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
- Work with District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant meet standards
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- Identify and resolve food preparation issues and help team handle customer service with courtesy
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation and safety standards
- Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for job responsibilities and exploring value-add opportunities
- Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including quality food products, cash handling, and store safety
- Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems to Facilities Department
- Use company tools to coach, mentor, and develop team members ensuring a high performing team
- Drive business results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
