Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification required or obtained during onboarding training
  • Experience using computer and register (POS) system
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
  • Experience using computer and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in labor management, store operations, and guest relations
  • Ability to maintain calm and tactful demeanor
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Understanding of hygiene and food handling practices

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • Work with District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant meet standards
  • Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
  • Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Identify and resolve food preparation issues and help team handle customer service with courtesy
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation and safety standards
  • Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for job responsibilities and exploring value-add opportunities
  • Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including quality food products, cash handling, and store safety
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems to Facilities Department
  • Use company tools to coach, mentor, and develop team members ensuring a high performing team
  • Drive business results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
