Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week including flexibility for emergencies
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 45 pounds
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Willingness to work some delivery tasks as needed
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
- Complete financial invoices, reporting, and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- Maintain high quality of food preparation and service consistently
- Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Estimate food and beverage costs and work with office staff for efficient purchasing
- Responsible cash handling and facility security including monitoring for theft
- Supervise portion control to minimize waste
- Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule deliveries
- Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints to convert dissatisfied guests to return guests
- Keep leadership team informed of issues and take corrective action
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity
- Provide direction to employees on operational and procedural issues
- Interview, hire, supervise, develop, and terminate employees as needed
- Conduct orientation and oversee new employee training
- Develop employees with feedback, performance expectations, and reviews
- Maintain accurate staffing plans and prepare schedules
- Perform other duties as required or requested
