Job Requirements
- ServSafe certification
- Certified Moe’s Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 15-25 members
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience is a must
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- Respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to convert dissatisfied guests into regular patrons
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan and interview prospective employees
- Develop all team members through ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Create a positive work environment recognized as the place to work in the community
- Enforce sanitary practices, maintain a 90 percent or higher score for health and Steritech inspections
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and maintain professional image
- Manage food flow to ensure high quality product, proper portioning and low waste
- Implement security procedures and ensure a safe guest and working environment
- Manage shifts effectively and investigate mystery shopper reports to improve operations
- Adhere to sales, labor, and food/paper cost goals to increase profitability
- Utilize monthly P&L analysis to improve financial performance
- Complete financial reporting accurately and on time
- Organize community spirit nights and promote local community involvement
- Perform other duties as required or requested
