Job Requirements

  • ServSafe certification
  • Certified Moe’s Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of 15-25 members
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Effective multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Pleasant and professional appearance
  • Self-discipline and initiative
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews
  • Commitment to maintain hospitality and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Previous restaurant experience is a must
  • Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
  • Respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to convert dissatisfied guests into regular patrons
  • Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan and interview prospective employees
  • Develop all team members through ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • Create a positive work environment recognized as the place to work in the community
  • Enforce sanitary practices, maintain a 90 percent or higher score for health and Steritech inspections
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and maintain professional image
  • Manage food flow to ensure high quality product, proper portioning and low waste
  • Implement security procedures and ensure a safe guest and working environment
  • Manage shifts effectively and investigate mystery shopper reports to improve operations
  • Adhere to sales, labor, and food/paper cost goals to increase profitability
  • Utilize monthly P&L analysis to improve financial performance
  • Complete financial reporting accurately and on time
  • Organize community spirit nights and promote local community involvement
  • Perform other duties as required or requested
