Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure outstanding team results
  • Ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining cleanliness and addressing guest concerns swiftly
  • Manage and address guest reviews to maintain high review standards
  • Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
  • Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and profit and loss statements
  • Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
  • Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
  • Assist with housekeeping duties, laundry, and public space maintenance as needed
  • Cover employee shifts flexibly to ensure operational continuity
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures to meet security needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
