Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure outstanding team results
- Ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining cleanliness and addressing guest concerns swiftly
- Manage and address guest reviews to maintain high review standards
- Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
- Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and profit and loss statements
- Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
- Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- Assist with housekeeping duties, laundry, and public space maintenance as needed
- Cover employee shifts flexibly to ensure operational continuity
- Know and follow property emergency procedures to meet security needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
