Proficient in computer applications

Job Duties

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure outstanding team results
Ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining cleanliness and addressing guest concerns swiftly
Manage and address guest reviews to maintain high review standards
Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and profit and loss statements
Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
Assist with housekeeping duties, laundry, and public space maintenance as needed
Cover employee shifts flexibly to ensure operational continuity
Know and follow property emergency procedures to meet security needs
Perform other duties as assigned
