Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to oversee and participate in operational tasks
  • Must communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Manage hiring, training, and development of restaurant team members
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Analyze financial performance including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Develop and implement creative marketing and community engagement strategies
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring high service standards
  • Assist in various operational tasks to support the team as needed
