Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred
  • Willingness to participate in E-Verify program
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States

Job Duties

  • Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect sales and performance
  • Drive top-line sales through guest experience, strategic partnerships, and leadership
  • Control costs through managing expenses and establishing systems
  • Ensure proper labor management with sales forecasting and schedule review
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to deliver quality menu and beverage programs
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a luxury culture
  • Lead manager meetings and one-on-one sessions to review results and progress
  • Develop teams to own areas of responsibility and set performance standards
  • Partner with events team to create innovative dining experiences
