Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties

  • Create, present, and adjust annual and quarterly operating plans to reflect current sales and restaurant performance
  • Drive top-line sales by delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering community partnerships
  • Control costs by managing controllable expenses and implementing effective management systems
  • Ensure proper labor management through accurate sales forecasting and weekly schedule reviews
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and pristine restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to deliver a scratch culinary menu and oversee special events
  • Lead the Bar Manager in curating a craft cocktail and premium tequila list and a top-tier spirits program
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop new, creative guest experiences to drive sales
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent while ensuring all team members have necessary resources
  • Implement an effective onboarding process and maintain a positive and motivating work culture
  • Develop team members’ ownership of their responsibilities and set shift performance standards
  • Lead meetings and one-on-one sessions to review financials, achievements, and professional growth
  • Foster internal talent development to support brand growth
