Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Previous deli or food service management experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee all business operations within the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards
- Manage operations across marketing, human resources, and service departments
- Lead daily decision-making and shift scheduling
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Support and develop staff including hourly employees
- Control costs and implement improvement plans
- Ensure security of employees, guests, and company assets
