Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or food service management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- strong business knowledge including p&l management and food safety
- ability to maintain clean and organized restaurant environment
- creative marketing skills
- leadership and team development passion
- excellent guest service delivery
- bilingual communication skills when applicable
- ability to assist in all restaurant areas when needed
