- Manage the restaurant's technology systems and tools

- Organize and supervise shifts to maintain optimal staffing levels and smooth operations
- Lead and manage the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring a skilled and motivated team
- Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
- Oversee restaurant supplies, including smallwares, to ensure efficient operations
