Job Requirements
- Previous general manager experience
- Ability to lead and manage hotel operations effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Passion for customer service and hospitality industry
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Financial management skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience
- Experience in food and beverage is a plus
- Strong and successful owner relations partnerships
- Ability to create and develop a dynamic team
- Knowledge of the local market preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
- Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and apply dynamic revenue management techniques
- Drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls
- Act as brand and hotel ambassador ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction
