Job Requirements

minimum high school diploma or equivalent
relevant experience in restaurant management preferred
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong leadership and organizational skills
effective communication skills
must be able to deliver excellent guest service
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

previous restaurant experience
passion for leadership and team development
business knowledge including profit and loss management and sales forecasting
ability to oversee food preparation and safety
creativity in marketing and community engagement
strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
