Job Requirements
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
- Must be comfortable working near open flames
- May be required to work in tight spaces
- Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required
- Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Ability to develop and lead diverse teams
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage operations including labor, staffing, and inventory
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Passion for building culture aligned with company core values
Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Coach, train, and support team members including corrective actions when necessary
- Create exceptional guest experiences and consistently inspire teams to do the same
- Foster collaboration and adapt to change to solve problems effectively
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
