Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to speak and read English
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or restaurant employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding
- Valid Driver's License
- Certification through assigned IHOP training courses

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP restaurant hourly employees, Corporate and Regional employees, and guests
- Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees
- Execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives and strategies
- Manage the restaurant floor and handle guest complaints promptly
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit
- Recruit, train, and retain employees
- Maintain turnover within acceptable limits
- Conduct ongoing coaching and administer compensation plans
- Ensure food quality and compliance with SOP
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and timely ordering of supplies
- Ensure operational condition of equipment and premises
- Maintain sanitation and food safety practices
- Develop and maintain a safety program
- Ensure security practices and proper cash handling procedures
- Implement marketing promotions and maintain promotional materials
- Complete required reports and personnel paperwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
