- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a hotel management role
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Commitment to upholding company brand standards
- Valid work authorization

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes 100 percent commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests
- Ensures guest-related issues are resolved in line with company goals and objectives
- Maintains guest rooms and public areas to the highest cleanliness and readiness standards
- Completes daily room and guest readiness inspections
- Manages ESA brand standards and pursues continuous improvement
- Oversees recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring processes
- Onboards and trains new associates including compliance with training courses
- Fosters a positive work environment through teamwork and recognition
- Partners with District Manager on associate performance management
- Conducts daily team meetings to communicate updates and hotel needs
- Provides team members with necessary tools and supplies
- Maintains purchase order management within budget and vendor guidelines
- Manages room availability to keep guest rooms in service
- Controls labor expenses using productivity reports and timely punch approvals
- Handles cash management and ensures timely payment collections
- Drives lead generation and market awareness activities
- Upholds ESA policies and standards at the hotel
- Ensures compliance with bank deposit policies
- Conducts competitive surveillance and reviews in-house rates
- Adheres to employment laws and regulations
- Performs various operational duties as needed
- Manages Assistant General Manager or Team Leader
- Monitors guest experience and responds to social media feedback
