Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years functional experience in food service
- Ability to lead hands-on food service operations
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food service operations ensuring gold check standards
- Drive retail sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced small-footprint environment
- Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure highest level of care and service
- Maintain rigorous safety sanitation and HR compliance for your team of 15
- Manage strategic ordering and inventory to maximize space and efficiency
- Lead and motivate a team of food service employees fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate with hospital staff and executives to enhance food service delivery
