Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years functional experience in food service
  • Ability to lead hands-on food service operations
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food service operations ensuring gold check standards
  • Drive retail sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced small-footprint environment
  • Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure highest level of care and service
  • Maintain rigorous safety sanitation and HR compliance for your team of 15
  • Manage strategic ordering and inventory to maximize space and efficiency
  • Lead and motivate a team of food service employees fostering a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and executives to enhance food service delivery
