Job Requirements

  • Prior management experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Ability to work first shift, Monday through Friday
  • Strong computer skills including data entry and reporting
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Maintain professional appearance and adherence to dress code

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management or operations leadership
  • Proven ability to manage profitable departments
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and willingness to undergo training

Job Duties

  • Manage people and materials in the warehouse
  • Oversee customer service and costs in alignment with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct audits
  • Implement corrective actions based on performance metrics and safety trends
  • Plan daily labor for inbound and outbound activities
  • Ensure training documentation and employee proficiency
