Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse or operations management
- Ability to work full-time, including overtime and flexible shifts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and ethical business practices
- Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
Job Qualifications
- Proven management experience in warehouse or operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Ability to manage profit and loss for a department
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Understanding of food safety standards or willingness to receive training
- Ability to conduct audits and implement safety policies
Job Duties
- Manage people, materials, customer service and costs in the warehouse
- Ensure all paperwork and data entry is completed in a timely manner
- Perform cycle counts and record system entries
- Achieve and maintain daily Revenue P & L metrics
- Implement corrective actions based on performance data
- Manage overall equipment needs and supply ordering
- Plan daily labor according to inbound and outbound activities
