Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in warehouse or operations management
- Ability to work full-time first shift Monday through Friday
- Capable of working overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
- Previous management experience in warehouse or operations environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Experience with safety and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge or willingness to learn food safety standards
Job Duties
- Manage warehouse operations and people in alignment with company policies and goals
- Motivate and drive team to meet and exceed department and company goals
- Ensure all paperwork and data entry is completed promptly
- Perform cycle counts and record system entries
- Monitor daily revenue Profit and Loss metrics and implement corrective actions
- Conduct safety audits and enforce safety policies
- Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures and customer-specific documentation
