Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- prior experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a restaurant or similar environment
- ability to manage a team effectively
- capability to analyze and meet food cost and labor goals
- willingness to start early and work a single shift from 6am to 2pm
- physical ability to perform standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on leadership and team motivation skills
- knowledge of profit and loss analysis

Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations with an ownership mindset
- start early to manage first bake and open the store
- ensure store is audit ready throughout the day
- execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
- provide exceptional customer service
- manage employee breaks and float between positions during peak times
- close the store and prepare for the next day including deposits and administrative tasks
