Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong customer orientation
- ability to meet physical demands of the role
- legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- proficiency in budget management and financial reporting

Job Duties
- lead restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable business performance
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
- motivate and develop the team to create a positive and productive work environment
- manage financial results including budgeting, cost control, and sales growth
- participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- enforce company policies and core convictions consistently
- engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
