Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- Capacity to set and maintain high standards
- Willingness to lead by example and engage in all aspects of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure financial success and food safety
- Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
- Uphold company standards by maintaining high operational and cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular secret shops and use feedback to improve team performance
- Implement and monitor performance-based bonus plans
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Manage scheduling and payroll to optimize labor costs
