Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- meet physical demands of the role
- available to work all shifts and weekends
- pass background check and drug screen
- valid driver’s license and good driving record
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a restaurant general manager
- good references
- ability to lead, recognize, and train talent
- strong conflict-resolution skills
- solid organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- effective communication at all organizational levels
- ability to balance hands-on work with delegation
Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
- manage labor costs to meet company standards
- train management team and crew
- evaluate and design development plans for employees
- maintain cooperative working relationships
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- assist with crew member duties
- conduct team meetings
- maintain product supply and control inventory
- maintain records and reports
- maintain building and equipment
- ensure cash procedures adherence
- uphold company standard of personal appearance
- adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times
- perform additional tasks as directed by management
