Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience with financial accountability
  • Willingness to work within established restaurant operating hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Ability to foster a great work environment and customer-centric culture
  • Commitment to honesty, motivation, and team leadership
  • Capacity to meet Five Guys Core Convictions consistently
  • Must be eligible to participate in performance-based bonus programs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of restaurant employees to promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to maintain high customer loyalty
  • Implement company core convictions consistently among staff through personal example
  • Participate in regular secret shops and related activities to uphold operational excellence
