Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience with financial accountability
- Willingness to work within established restaurant operating hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Ability to foster a great work environment and customer-centric culture
- Commitment to honesty, motivation, and team leadership
- Capacity to meet Five Guys Core Convictions consistently
- Must be eligible to participate in performance-based bonus programs

- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively

- Understanding of food safety practices and financial management
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of restaurant employees to promote a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to maintain high customer loyalty
- Implement company core convictions consistently among staff through personal example
- Participate in regular secret shops and related activities to uphold operational excellence
